How he works

When a policy is ready, he gets on a call and walks you through it, including the shortcomings and what isn’t covered, so you know what you’re buying. He gives you options from the more than 20 insurers he works with, and tells you which one he’d choose and why. Before renewal, he calls to go through it again.

Why clients stay
Some of Steve’s clients have been with him for more than ten years. Several came to him in a tough spot: a fleet pushed into the Facility Association market, a construction company that couldn’t get renewed, a consulting firm that couldn’t get its new services onto one policy.
